Planning Practice Deep-dive
The "Deep-dive" is our method for digging in and fully understanding how your team conducts planning. We provide a thorough report on the efficiency of your team's execution of planning practices. We look deeply into team dynamics, thought cycles, and decision-making.

Using our proprietary talent assessment tools we'll identify the individuals we call the "Centers of Planning." These are the individuals that drive planning progress, regardless of title or position- bottom-line we idenitify your talent and work with them personally to improve their deep-thinking practices.

Management/ Team Coaching
In this phase we use what we learned during the "Deep-dive" to create tailored seminars. We'll provide recommendations and best practices to improve team management, environment, and planning practices.

Immersive Off-Site
In this phase we'll use our previous three phases to make recommendations for a few key planners and leaders to accomplany Solitude Ridge on our exclusive, regular off-site events. These are small group summits that really aim to build the critical and deep-thinking practices of talented individuals.
